Pagani – Fuggitive since 2022, the boss of the Fezza De Vivo clan of Pagani was captured while having dinner at a restaurant in Margellina. The Mobile Squad of Salerno, as part of an investigation coordinated by the Public Prosecutor’s Office – District Anti-Mafia Directorate and conducted by the State Police together with the Carabinieri Territorial Department of Nocera Inferiore and the Finance Guard Company of Cava de ‘Tirreni, proceeded to the arrest of the fugitive Vincenzo Confessore, head of the Fezza De Vivo clan, subject to a detention order in prison.
The man, who had been missing since December 2, 2022, was located by the State Police officers in the city of Naples, inside a well-known restaurant located in the Mergellina district. He is charged with, in conjunction with others, the crimes of association for mafia-type criminal conspiracy, extortion aggravated by mafia methods and purposes, as well as association for criminal conspiracy aimed at drug trafficking.
