Fucci (AsLim Italy): “They seized nine bank accounts for a signature I had never made”
Benevento. He found himself in serious financial difficulties due to a forged signature, but after about eight years of battles in the courtrooms of Benevento, the businessman managed to obtain justice.
The protagonist of the story is entrepreneur Alessandro Fucci, who over the years has also founded a non-profit organization, AsLIm Italy (Association of Free Italian Entrepreneurs), based in Limatola (Benevento) and counting over five hundred members, in order to “be close to those who consider themselves ‘victims’ of injustices that can create difficulties, as in his case, for entrepreneurs and freelancers.
“I have been in the business for over thirty years, I have always worked to earn an honorable credibility,” comments Fucci, who had also informed the Minister of Justice Carlo Nordio about his situation, “and seeing nine bank accounts seized for years, erasing me as a businessman and as a person, hurts. Despite an expert opinion, requested by the judge, confirming that my signature had been forged on a contract for the management of a condominium in the city of Telese, I had to wander through the courtrooms, involving lawyers from Naples and Rome, before my rights were recognized, with the decision to release the bank accounts and allow me to resume working.”
“I don’t know how long it will take me to recover as a businessman and freelancer, but I invite anyone who finds themselves in the same situation not to give up and to fight until the end,” concludes Fucci.
